Download EAC and install it

menu EAC > EAC Options... (F9)
Extraction tab:
* Fill up missing offset samples with silence: Checked
* Synchronize between tracks: Checked
* Error recovery quality: High
* Rest: : Unchecked

General tab:
Tools tab:
* Retrieve UPC/ISRC codes in CUE sheet generation: Unchecked
* Use CD-Text information in CUE sheet generation: Checked
* Create '.3mu' playlist on extraction: Checked
* Automatically write status report after extraction: Checked
* Activate beginner mode, disable all advanced features: Unchecked

Normalize tab:
* Normalize: Unchecked (important!)
Filename tab:
* Naming Scheme: %N - %T
* Various Artists Naming Scheme: %N - %A - %T

Click OK to save the configurations.
menu EAC > Drive Options... (F10)
Extraction Method tab:

-> Click OK to save the configurations. <-
Setting up EAC for LAME.exe with tagging
-> Download LAME version 3.97 (
http://rapidshare.com/files/149286879/lame.zip) <-
-> Extract LAME.exe and lame_enc.dll to Exact Audio Copy's folder. <-
-> Open Exact Audio Copy, if it's not already open. <-
* Click Compression Options (F11) from EAC menu.
* Click "External Compression" tab.
1. Check "Use external program for compression"
2. Change "Parameter passing scheme" to "User Defined Encoder"
3. Set file extension to .mp3
4. Click "Browse" and locate "LAME.exe" that you unzipped into the EAC directory earlier.
5. Paste the following command to "Additional command line options":
-V 0 --vbr-new --add-id3v2 --pad-id3v2 --ta "%a" --tt "%t" --tg "%m" --tl "%g" --ty "%y" --tn "%n" %s %d
6. Check "Delete WAV after compression"
7. Unchecked "Use CRC check."
8. Unchecked "Add ID3 tag"
9. Unchecked "Check for external programs return code"
10. click OK
11. a. RECOMMENDED: select all tracks (Ctrl + A) and click Action -> Test & Copy Selected Tracks, Compressed [Secure Mode + Test]
11. b. select all tracks (Ctrl + A) and click on the MP3 icon to start ripping [Secure Mode only]
